1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of emblazsai.com and participation in any EmblazsAI program, workshop, or consulting engagement. By registering or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Programs and Enrollment

All programs are subject to availability. A registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or a signed corporate agreement for invoiced engagements). EmblazsAI reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify a program due to insufficient enrollment or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Fees and Payment

• All fees are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated. International approximate equivalents shown on the site are indicative only.
• GST is applicable on all domestic (India) transactions at the rate in force.
• Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless a corporate invoice arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• Seats are not held without payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Up to and including the second lecture: Full refund, no questions asked.
• After the third lecture: No refund. You may transfer your seat to another participant by notifying us in writing before the next session.
• Corporate engagements: Governed by the terms in the applicable agreement or proposal.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to connect@emblazsai.com. Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 20 business days.

5. Program Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. EmblazsAI reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts sessions or violates this standard, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials — including slides, frameworks, recordings, and written content — are the intellectual property of EmblazsAI. Participants may use materials for personal learning and internal reference only. Redistribution, resale, or public reproduction of any materials without prior written consent is not permitted.

7. Recordings

Sessions may be recorded for participant reference. Recordings are shared only with enrolled participants and are not for redistribution. Participants must not record sessions independently without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

EmblazsAI's liability in connection with any program or service is limited to the fees paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
